CAS-1440 Biosafety: Control of Pathogens

Description

This record series includes the records required to be kept under a Biosafety Certificate, including authorization to acquire bio hazardous material and an Inventory of all agents in possession as well as records of training provided to workers, people entering and exiting the containment zone. Also includes records of treatment and disposal of biological waste.
